I could not put it down. I enjoyed this read from start to finish and can not wait for the second part.
Secrets. Lies, Distrust.
A strong, outspoken and mouthy FMC. A brooding MMC and the secondary characters who drive the plot stronger. The ending surprised/shocked me and I would read it again for all the emotions I felt. Amazing.
The Seventh Painted Bride is a dark romantasy featuring a forced marriage, enemies to lovers, a morally gray prince, a devastating love triangle, blood magic, ancient monsters, hidden kingdoms, forced proximity, and the reminder that some kingdoms aren't worth saving.
