Childhood friends who have always known each other but never actually acknowledged that they would seek each other out. So unintentionally interacting, and never realizing that there is more for them with each other.
I was so sad for Tessa when she found out her ex was cheating on her... and honestly, what a douchebag for doing that to her!
And then there is Ace. Always supportive, always looking out for her... always taking care of her, even when she doesn't realize he is doing it for her. They are made for each other and such a sweet couple, it made me swoon and melt 🫠
Nelson Hobbs perfectly captured Ace's supportive nature which brought real warmth and depth to the performance and turned Ace into the perfect book boyfriend!
Vanessa Edwin can give a masterclass in balancing a characters genuinely sweet nature with her undeniable resilience. The performance was powerful and kept my attention easily!
