Book: Ashes of a Shattered Soul by Alisa Perne

This book is a mix of sci-fi, magic, romance, fantasy and a dystopian world all wrapped into one. It did take me a bit to understand the time changes and understand how it all pulled together. We follow Rynna through many different lands. Small parts of her are revealed to us as we go through out the book.
There are many individuals Ryanna will meet throughout time. Part is about building friendships and trust, part is some close proximity romance that will absolutely light you on fire 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ in some very creative ways, and part is about learning how to overcome darkness to save the world. You will pause and ask yourself, “Wait…is that,” and “…is this it?’ It is an absolutely wild ride that is totally worth pushing through some confusion you could possibly have in following the first few parts.
The ending will leave you hoping to see Ryanna and others perhaps in another book in the future. It feels so difficult to share how this book draws you in bit by bit, little by little, until you are absolutely hooked and have to keep going to see what is going to happen next. The author, Alisa Perne, really has a brilliant mind in how she wove this together, and how creative she was with the spicy scenes. There is also humor and great banter all throughout the book.
