I had never read any of the books in the DCI Jack Mason series, and I found out that I was missing out on a great series if The Deadly Mooring is indicative of all the books in the series. It was fun to see DCI Mason and his team trying to solve the crimes that were committed when you, as the reader, already know who the culprit is. There are twists and turns, zigs and zags, that will keep you turning the pages to the end. I will definitely be going back to read the 7 previous books. 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
