Alyssa Martin, again you make me fall in love with a cinnamon roll of a man. This time, he's a sweet little bundle of neurosis who needs to be taught to take control of his life.
I am here for it.
Daniel is getting over a breakup from his long term, really crappy girlfriend, Mia and his friends encourage him to get on the apps where he meets Emily.
Except Emily has seen sweet Daniel around on the bus and when she hears he's swiping, she opens her own dating apps and swipes.

Emily is a few years older, a bit more settled, and way more confident in the bedroom. Daniel has issues galore because Mia is the worst.
The chemistry is delightful, the banter is adorable, the nerding out because they're both academics made my little nerdy heart so happy.
I loved everything about this book.
The tension between them was so cute "the OH NOOOO I HAVE FEEEEEEEELINGS" of it all? Inject it directly into my veins.
If you want a sweet but spicy romance with all the nerdy vibes - this is the one.
