This book...wow if you are looking for that breath of fresh air after a heavy emotional read then this is the book for you! Whimsy is definitely the word i would use for this mortal × fae book.
This book has a slow feel to it at the beginning and that made it easy for me to fall into the story and really feel for the characters and their personalities. The progression of the characters interactions and relationships had me emotionally hooked and invested in what happened for each person. The world was easy to envision and the language used to describe the world, emotions and actions had me smiling. The way this book had a hold on me is unreal. I truly feel like this has the perfect amount of yearning, secrets, spice and magic.
