I was so glad to find that there were other Liberty Frye books because I love her quirky, inquisitive character and will be reading those as well. To screen them for my 9-year-old, of course…Just kidding! While he might end up liking them, I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve liked quite a few middle grade books, including this one. Liberty, or Libby as she is called in the books, is such a great character who has a sweet relationship with her parents and her best friend and ends up going on an adventure! This felt appropriate for 9-12 year olds, and I think they would enjoy Liberty Frye and the Witches of Hessen. I know I did! 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
