A Very Sinful Christmas by Havoc Wilde
⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 (3.5/5 stars)

Thank you, @thebowsocietybooks , for providing an ARC!

College hockey coach Beckham has been lusting after Hennessy, the daughter of his long-time rival, since he first laid eyes on her five years ago. He’s always kept his distance… until now.

Hennessy wants Beckham just as badly. She’s tired of waiting for him to make a move, so when they end up at the same hotel for a conference, she turns up the heat with sexy dresses and lingering cheek kisses. Her plan works, and they finally end up in bed.

Beckham swears it was a one-time thing, but then it happens again… and again… and again. He can’t stay away, and Hennessy doesn’t want him to. Will going home restore Beckham’s willpower? Or has Hennessy gotten under his skin permanently?

This book was so sexy. Beckham and Hennessy ooze sensuality on every page. I loved their journey into kink exploration, especially Hennessy’s, since she’s twenty years younger and hasn’t had as much time to figure out what she likes. Let’s just say I will never look at ties, candy canes, or Christmas lights the same way again (IYKYK).

I adored that Hennessy was the pursuer. To paraphrase Ariana Grande: she saw him, she wanted him, she chased him, she got him. I cheered when she told Beckham she wouldn’t change for him, and again when she called him out on the mixed signals. For someone so young, her boundary setting was chef’s kiss.

Add A Very Sinful Christmas to your TBR if you’re craving a deliciously spicy holiday romp in the sheets.
