Okay I absolutely DEVOURED this book! I flew through it in 3 days which is pretty rare for me at the moment.

This is a story of adventure, danger, friendship, (spicy) romance, and bucket loads of self discovery.

As someone with ADHD, I felt SEEN reading Liam’s character. Some people may argue that the characters are a bit stereotypical, but I just found myself going ‘lol SAME’ every other page 😆 [some traits are a stereotype for a reason, ya know?]

I seriously adored Cerise’s character too. I think Gordon has done a fantastic job of using some of those ‘classic’ autistic traits to represent how autistic people can be misunderstood. The way Liam and other people in Cerise’s life work to support her by understanding and providing what she needs with compassion and patience was a joy to read.

I was very excited to see that we’ll be getting another book in this world, I will absolutely be reading! 😍

A huge thankyou to KM Gordon for the eARC 🫶🏻
