I have been in a crisis deciding if I loved Firebird more than Bloodsinger. I think Bloodsinger is the winner though.

Bloodsinger took everything I loved about Firebird and just cranked it up. Lela's story is so much more heartbreaking, but she never loses her feisty spirit, and I love that so much about her. I think the feminine rage in Bloodsinger is absolutely delicious. Big highlight of this book for me was learning about the different dragon types. I need to remind people this is a dark series that tackles heavy things, and if that's not for you, that is fine. Read your CWs/TWs. The teaser for book three at the end has me feral, and I know it will be another year away, but I am so very excited to continue this 6⭐ series! Blair Dade and Kale Williams were AMAZING narrators. The immersion was perfect the whole way through. Production was great and I just really enjoyed both of their voices and felt they were perfect for their roles. This series has to be some of my all time favorite audiobooks. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ preformances and I hope this trend continues with book three. If you like slow burn with a bite and aren't afraid of the darkness The Fire That Binds series is for you!
